1. Contact support
Email us with a clear description of the issue. If relevant, include the Eggsaurus version/build shown in the game, your Android version, device model, what you expected to happen and the steps that reproduce the problem.
Email lui21andrew@gmail.comNever send your Google password, full payment-card number, Ad ID or government ID. A screenshot is useful only if it does not contain sensitive information.
2. Quick fixes
The game will not start
Restart the device, install pending Android updates and update Eggsaurus from Google Play. Make sure storage space is available before reinstalling.
Rankings will not load
Check your internet connection and try again. Local play still works while the leaderboard service is temporarily unavailable.
Sound or music is missing
Check the music and sound controls in Eggsaurus, then confirm your device media volume and silent or do-not-disturb settings.
Progress was reset
Game progress and the anonymous player profile are stored locally. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may generate a new player ID and cannot be undone by us.
4. Ads and privacy choices
Free players may see a main-menu banner, occasional full-screen ads and optional rewarded ads for an extra heart or revive. You never have to watch a rewarded ad to submit a score or use the leaderboards. Premium Forever removes all Eggsaurus ads and ad prompts.
Where required, Google’s consent message appears before ads are requested. The Privacy control in Rankings opens the full Eggsaurus policy, and Android and your Google account provide advertising privacy settings. For details, read the Eggsaurus Privacy Policy.
To report an inappropriate ad, note the time, country and what the ad promoted. If possible, include a screenshot without sensitive data. We cannot investigate an ad from a description such as “the last ad” alone.
5. Player names and rankings
Eggsaurus generates a player name on first launch. You can edit it from the Rankings screen. Names must be 3–24 characters and may use English letters, numbers, spaces, underscores and hyphens. Offensive names and attempts to impersonate others may be rejected or removed.
Player name, best score, best egg count, country/region and rank are public. Country and region are derived from the device locale; Eggsaurus does not use GPS or IP geolocation for rankings. Do not use a real name, email address, phone number or other personal details as your player name.
6. Delete your Eggsaurus data
Eggsaurus does not create an email/password account. It creates a random anonymous player ID on the device for online rankings. You can request deletion of the leaderboard profile linked to that ID at any time.
Open Eggsaurus and copy the Player ID shown in the Rankings support/privacy area.
Email us from any address with the subject Eggsaurus Data Deletion Request.
Include the Player ID, current player name, country/region and approximate best score.
What we delete
After we verify and complete a valid request, we delete the matching leaderboard profile, public player name, country/region, best score, best egg count and submitted score history from systems we control. This removes the profile from Eggsaurus leaderboards. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
What this does not delete
- Local game data: remove it separately through Android Settings → Apps → Eggsaurus → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game.
- Google Play purchases: Google may retain transaction records for legal, fraud-prevention and account purposes. Deleting leaderboard data does not cancel, refund or remove your Premium entitlement.
- Google advertising data: use Google and Android privacy controls or contact Google regarding data it controls.
- Required records: we may retain the minimum information necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce rights or prevent abuse, and will tell you if this applies.
Clearing or reinstalling Eggsaurus before copying your Player ID may make it harder to locate the old anonymous profile. We may ask for non-sensitive details to avoid deleting another player’s data, but we will never ask for your Google password or full payment details.
