1. Who we are and scope
Eggsaurus is developed and published by DOGSI Team, an independent
software developer based in Portugal. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean DOGSI
Team. The game’s Android package identifier is
com.eggsaurus.game.
This policy covers the Eggsaurus mobile game, its World, Region and Country leaderboards, and support requests sent to us. It does not replace the separate privacy terms of Google Play or Google AdMob.

2. Data we process
Eggsaurus does not require an email account, social login, contact list, precise location, camera, microphone or photo access. The game uses the following limited information:

Information stored only on your device
Eggsaurus stores game settings, tutorial status, local high scores, up to ten recent scores, the random player UUID, player name, locale-based country/region and a local premium-entitlement cache on the device. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes this local information. The Android build does not enable backup of this app data.
Eggsaurus does not integrate a separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK. This does not prevent Google Play, AdMob, Android or network infrastructure from processing the information described in this policy under their respective roles.
3. How and why we use data
We use the information described above only to:
- operate and display World, Region and Country leaderboards;
- save and restore your player name, rank and premium entitlement;
- show banner, occasional interstitial and optional rewarded ads to free players;
- prevent abuse, validate names and scores, maintain security and diagnose failures;
- process support, privacy and deletion requests; and
- meet legal, accounting and platform-policy obligations.
Where European data-protection law applies, leaderboard and premium processing is necessary to provide the features you request; security and support processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable game; and advertising identifiers or personalised advertising rely on consent where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Advertising and consent
On non-premium Android installations, Eggsaurus uses Google AdMob for a banner on the main menu, occasional interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads that can grant an in-game heart or revive. Rewarded ads are voluntary. Premium players do not receive these ad formats or prompts.
Depending on your settings, consent and location, Google may process the Android Advertising ID or other device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device/app information, consent choices, ad interactions and diagnostic data. Google may use this information to serve, personalise, limit and measure ads and prevent fraud under its own terms.
Google’s User Messaging Platform is requested before ads initialise and presents a consent message where required. Eggsaurus configures ad requests as general-audience, not specifically child-directed, and requests a maximum PG ad-content rating. These settings do not guarantee the content or data practices of every ad delivered by Google.
The Privacy control in the Rankings screen opens this policy. Google’s consent message provides the choices required for your region when it is shown, and Android and your Google account provide additional advertising privacy controls. You can purchase Premium Forever to remove ads from Eggsaurus; this does not delete data Google previously processed.
6. Premium purchases
Eggsaurus offers the optional one-time product premium_lifetime,
presented in the game as Premium Forever. Google Play processes the transaction. We do
not receive or store your full payment-card or bank details.
The game receives the product identifier, purchase state, acknowledgement status and purchase token needed to confirm and restore the entitlement. The token is sent to Google Play through the billing library; Eggsaurus does not send it to the leaderboard server. A simple owned/not-owned entitlement and update time are cached locally for offline use.
7. Storage, retention and security
Retention
- Leaderboard profiles and submitted score history are retained while the leaderboard operates so ranks remain stable, unless you request deletion or we no longer need the records for the stated purposes.
- Local game data remains until you clear storage or uninstall the game.
- Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal or security obligations.
- Restricted infrastructure and security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, then deleted or rotated.
- Google retains advertising and purchase information under its own policies and legal obligations.
Security
Leaderboard requests use HTTPS encryption in transit. We use access controls, validation, rate limits and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards for our systems. No internet service is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not use your real name or other personal details as a public player name.
8. Your choices and rights
You can:
- edit your public player display name from the Rankings screen;
- decline optional rewarded ads;
- use available Google consent and Android advertising controls;
- remove local data by clearing Eggsaurus storage or uninstalling it; and
- request access, correction or deletion of game-held leaderboard information by following the data-deletion instructions.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
We may need enough information to locate the correct anonymous leaderboard profile and prevent deletion of another player’s data. We will not ask for your Google password or payment-card details. Valid requests are normally completed within 30 days, subject to applicable law and any permitted extension.
9. Children
Eggsaurus is a general-audience game and is not configured as a specifically child-directed service. We do not ask players to provide an email address, real name, precise location, contacts, photos or other directly identifying profile details. Player names are public, so children should not enter a real name or contact details.
Parents and guardians should supervise younger players and review advertising and purchase choices. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a player name or support request, email lui21andrew@gmail.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. International processing
DOGSI Team operates from Portugal. Our service providers, including Google, may process information in other countries. Where required, transfers from the European Economic Area use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or approved contractual protections. Provider-specific details are available in their privacy documentation.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Eggsaurus, its providers or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice in the game when a change materially affects player choices.
